From its inception in 2002, Beacon Education has been owned and operated by former Essex teachers who understand the region and its schools. Service and professionalism is at the heart of all we do. We take great care to match teachers and support staff to the schools we work with and fully support them once placed. We listen very carefully to what schools and colleges tell us they need and work very hard to achieve this. Of course, Beacon Education is fully accredited with the Employment and Recruitment Confederation (REC) - the industry's trade body and guardian of standards.
